OFFICIAL: Clement Lenglet and Barcelona terminate the contract on mutual agreement and he's staying at Atlético Madrid on permanent transfer.

160 appearances and three trophies
Since signing for the blaugranes in 2018 from Sevilla, Lenglet has made 160 appearances in a Barça shirt, scoring seven goals and creating three assists. With regards to honours, he has won a La Liga title (2018/19), a Copa del Rey (2020/21) and a Spanish Super Cup (2018/19).
Loan to Atlético Madrid
After taking part in preseason with Hansi Flick's squad in 2024/25, Lenglet left on loan for Atlético Madrid where he made 34 appearances, scoring three goals for Diego Simeone's team.
Before the loan spell with Atlético the French defender had two spell on loan in the Premier League. In 2022/23 he made 35 appearances for Tottenham Hotsper in all competitions and the following campaign he helped Aston Villa qualify for the Champions League and represented the team in European competition in the Conference League in his 26 appearances
