Match Report
Joaquin Panichelli's brace and a well-taken strike from Diego Moreira put Strasbourg in a strong position after Bradley Barcola's opener, but a Goncalo Ramos penalty and Senny Mayulu equaliser meant both sides had to settle for a point.
PSG struck after just six minutes when Barcola slotted the ball past Mike Penders after a neat pass from Desire Doue, but the latter's brother Guela provided the assist for Strasbourg's equaliser as his cross was headed in by Panichelli.
Julio Enciso was causing a lot of problems for the hosts, first being denied by Lucas Chevalier and then hitting the side-netting.
However, Liam Rosenior's side managed to take the lead before the break when Valentin Barco's scooped pass was tucked into the bottom-left corner by Moreira.
Things looked bleak for the reigning champions when Moreira then squared the ball towards Panichelli in the box four minutes into the second half, and the 23-year-old made no mistake with his first-time effort.
Yet, PSG were handed a lifeline when Penders fouled Doue in the box just ahead of the hour-mark, with Ramos dispatching the spot-kick powerfully to the goalkeeper's right.
Luis Enrique's side had all the momentum from there on in, with Lee Kang-In first striking the woodwork, before Quentin Ndjantou's long-range effort flew just wide of the right post.
But the pressure from the Parisiens eventually told in the 79th minute. Mayulu was played into the box by Lee, and although his initial shot was saved by Penders, his header on the rebound found the back of the net.

Data Debrief: The Doue brothers strike again
Although both sides had their chances to win the match, a draw was the fair result. PSG produced 2.58 expected goals (xG) from 21 shots, while Strasbourg accumulated 2.13 from 12 attempts.
Remarkably, this was the third time the Doue brothers have both registered a direct goal involvement in the same match, also doing so against in December 2023 (goal from Desire assisted by Guela with Rennes against Clermont) and April 2024 (one assist each with Rennes against Nantes).
Panichelli, meanwhile, has scored more goals in the French top-flight than any other player this season, with seven.
