8' SAVE! Fine stop from Buffon

Skuletic's shot looks to be heading into the bottom corner, but Buffon reacts well and gets down quickly to push the ball away from danger.

13' GOAL! PSG 1-0 Montpellier (Kurzawa)

Dani Alves whips a terrific cross into the penalty area, which is glanced on by Kurzawa, sending the ball into the far corner.

Lecomte had no chance of saving that, but it's poor defending from the visitors who should've done better at stopping the ball into the box and allowing Kurzawa a free header.

26' WHAT A CHANCE missed by Di Maria!

The winger is played through on goal and just has the keeper to beat, but Lecomte remains on his feet and makes a terrific save to deny PSG a second goal. He should be doing better there.

31' GOAL! PSG 1-1 Montpellier (Mollet)

Mollet with a terrific free-kick to level the scoreline, he went for goal and completely caught Buffon by surprise.

The goalkeeper managed to get across to the ball and push it away, but goal-line technology shows that the ball had already crossed the line and the goal is awarded.

46' GOAL! PSG 2-1 Montpellier (Di Maria)

What a strike by Di Maria, a superb free-kick, straight into the top corner to make it 2-1 just a couple of minutes before the break.

The winger curled the ball around the wall, out of reach of Lecomte and it struck the crossbar before bouncing down and over the line.

46' Draxler almost makes it 3-1!

Draxler ran onto a through ball and tried to place the ball into the bottom corner, but his effort rolls narrowly wide of the post.

55' CHANCE! Mbappe's shot saved

Mbappe fired the ball across goal, looking for the far corner, but the Montpellier keeper gets down quickly and pushes the ball away.

71' DISALLOWED GOAL! Choupo-Moting's shot offside

Choupo-Moting makes his run too soon as Draxler feeds him through on goal, the striker then beats the keeper and puts the ball in the back of the net, but the linesman has his flag up straight away.

73' GOAL! PSG 3-1 Montpellier (Nkunku)

The visitors fail to deal with a corner delivery and Nkunku gets his head to the rebound, powering the ball towards goal.

It appears to be heading straight into the arms of Lecomte, but Skuletic tries to stop it and inadvertently sends the ball into the back of the net.

78' OWN GOAL! PSG 4-1 Montpellier (Hilton)

Kurzawa squares the ball across goal and Mbappe gets to the ball before his marker, just managing to poke the ball past the keeper and into the back of the net.

However, after looking at the replays it could have been an own goal by Hilton.

79' GOAL! PSG 5-1 Montpellier (Mbappe)

The hosts go on the attack straight from the restart and Mbappe tries to curl the ball into the top corner from the edge of the penalty area.

It takes a huge deflection off Hilton, which causes the ball to loop high over Lecomte and into the back of the net.

Match Report

Paris Saint-Germain extended their lead at the top of Ligue 1 to 15 points after Angel Di Maria scored the pick of the goals in an emphatic 5-1 victory over Montpellier.

After Layvin Kurzawa's opener for the champions was cancelled out by Florent Mollet in some style, Di Maria struck a wonderful curling free-kick that crashed in off the crossbar and set the tone for the rest of the evening at Parc des Princes.

Thomas Tuchel's men were at their free-flowing best and Christopher Nkunku netted a header before Montpellier captain Hilton turned Kylian Mbappe's shot into his own net.

Mbappe got one himself as PSG showed no signs of missing the injured Neymar or Edinson Cavani on a night when they made their lead at the top of the table look all the more unassailable.
