Football icon Pele has joked he's ready to come out of retirement at the age of 78 after giving his followers a positive update on his health.
The Brazilian legend was taken to a hospital in Paris earlier in the week with a strong fever, though his condition was never life-threatening.
Pele had attended a promotional event with Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe for Swiss watchmaker Hublot.
Taking to social media, the Santos icon revealed that he is feeling much better thanks to antibiotics, with tests on his health coming back all clear.
While he also said: "Thank you for all your love!
"I feel so much better, I think I'm ready to play again!"
Pele - who won three World Cups between 1958-1970 - spent 18 years at Santos before moving to America to play for New York Cosmos shortly before his retirement.
He hung up his boots in 1977 after netting over 1,000 goals, and he recently joked that he believes Mbappe is trying to emulate him.
Pele quipped: "I think he is envying me, that's why he is trying to emulate me.
"His style, the way he is playing, is Latino. Even Brazilian I would say. It's a shame he did not play for Santos. But it's not too late."
Speaking of Pele, Mbappe said: "Even with the goals in the playgrounds, goals on the PlayStation, I could never equal 1,250 (sic) goals.
"It's really a long way off. I'll try and get as close as I can, but I think it'll still be a long way off by the end of my career."
