Pique returns to the squad after his suspension but another defender Lenglet is ruled out for his one-game ban due to the red card in Betis game.
Goalkeeper Neto also returns to the 18-man list after receiving the green light from the medical department.
Barca B teen attacker Manaj also gets Setien's call up for the Getafe clash as there are only three forwards available after Dembele and Suarez's absence.
