The Final Four stage of the UEFA Nations League will be held in Portugal, following their progression through to the knockout rounds via a scoreless draw away to Italy on Saturday evening.
Games will be played across Wednesday June 5, Thursday June 6 and Sunday June 9 in the summer of 2019 at Porto's Estadio do Dragao and the Estadio D. Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes.
The semi-finals will be played on June 5 and 6, while the third-place playoff and final will both be held on June 9.
