Some of the Premier League's star players continue to enjoy their post-season holidays as they posted pictures and videos of social media on their travels.

Sunday's dramatic final day saw the title race, top four and relegation all decided in what was a thrilling conclusion to the 2021-22 campaign in England.

Many were keen to quickly jet off to start their relaxation time on holiday and Joao Cancelo could not look happier aboard a private jet to homeland Portugal on Tuesday.

The City defender was a star performer as Pep Guardiola's side won the Premier League title on Sunday with a dramatic comeback victory over Aston Villa.

Meanwhile, Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka was in the US to watch Boston Celtics take on Miami Heat in the NBA on Tuesday evening.

The England international - who was called-up to Gareth Southgate's squad for June's Nations League games - was courtside as he saw the Boston hosts beat the Heat by a scoreline of 102-82.

Elsewhere, Ben Chilwell posted a video of himself doing some keepy-ups on a beach, as the Chelsea left back enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

Chilwell was not named in Southgate's squad after a season on the sidelines with injury.

His team-mate at Stamford Bridge, Trevoh Chalobah, was at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday night, fresh from playing his part in the Blues' 2-1 win against Watford on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa's Leon Bailey is in Jamaica while Inter Milan's Arturo Vidal also posted a snap on his holiday.
