The 2021/22 LaLiga Santander scheduled has been released, with a draw held this Wednesday at the RFEF's headquarters in Madrid to determine the order of the fixtures in Spain's top division. Real Madrid, therefore, now know when they'll face each of the other 19 teams in LaLiga Santander.
Carlo Ancelotti will begin his second stint in charge of the club on the road, as Real Madrid will play away from home in the first three matchdays due to the ongoing work at their Estadio Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The very first fixture will be in the Basque Country, against Alaves.
On the final day of the season, there is a home game against Real Betis for Los Blancos.
When are the Clasicos of the 2021/22 season?
As for the big derby dates, the Madrid derbies will take place in matchdays 17 and 35, with the one at the Bernabeu being held on the weekend of December 12 and the one at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano on the weekend of May 8.
El Clasico, meanwhile, will be held at the Camp Nou in the first half of the season on the weekend of October 24 in matchday 10. The return clash in the capital will be on the weekend of March 20, which is when matchday 29 is being held.
