According to Daniele Mari, Inter Milan's correspondent for the vertical media outlet Fcinter1908.it, Inter Milan defender Dumfries may not be able to return until around mid-December.
The reporter stated that Dumfries' injury recovery period will be long, with his return currently expected between the Genoa vs. Inter Milan match and the Italian Super Cup.
Dumfries injured his ankle during the Dutch national team training camp and missed the matches against Poland and Lithuania. He will therefore miss the Milan derby.
