According to Arsenal news account ArsenalRadar, citing journalist Ben Jacobs, Morgan Rogers is Arsenal's primary target.

Morgan Rogers is Arsenal's primary target for the left-winger and playmaker positions. The player is open to a transfer and can play in both positions. Personal terms are not expected to be an issue. Arsenal plans to submit an offer, and negotiations could accelerate soon.

Due to profitability and sustainability rules, Aston Villa is inclined to sell as soon as possible, while Arsenal is prepared to wait until the new financial year begins in July.

Villa insists they do not want to sell Rogers, but a significant offer could test their resolve. Rogers' contract runs until 2031, which puts Villa in a strong negotiating position. Rogers is valued at close to £100 million.

Additionally, for the midfield position, Arsenal has also increased its interest in AFC Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott. If this player enters the transfer market this summer, the Gunners will attempt to sign the 22-year-old English midfielder.

Timber, who was injured before the World Cup and missed out on the Netherlands squad, is currently in contract extension negotiations with Arsenal. Ben Jacobs revealed that Timber's contract extension negotiations with Arsenal have been ongoing since late last year and have made positive progress. Contract details are still being worked out, progressing slightly slower than Arsenal's extension talks with Arteta and Rice.
