And the West Ham midfielder, 23, proved a hit with a group of stunning women who have been buzzing around the lads.
Rice, who is devoted to girlfriend of six years Lauren Fryer, was spotted deep in conversation with one gorgeous brunette who was then led on to their luxury party bus after a night at the Marquee club.
An onlooker said: "Declan looked like he was in heaven but behaved like a gentleman."
The midfielder's England colleague Grealish is also loving life on holiday in Las Vegas.

The Manchester City ace was out on the lash until gone 3am at the Marquee before boarding a hired bus with the girl.
And Rice is also enjoying some well-earned time off after a taxing season with club and country.
The midfielder has been linked with a summer transfer following an impressive campaign with West Ham.
Hammers fans were sent into meltdown earlier this month when Rice did NOT feature in the club's kit reveal for the 2022-23 season.
Rice has rejected three offers of a new contract at the London Stadium since last summer and has made his ambition to play in the Champions League clear.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have also closely tracked Rice in recent years but none have ever made a formal offer.
Despite the England star snubbing the offer of a new deal, West Ham are in a strong position.
Rice has two years remaining on his current contract with the club holding the option of a third year too.
