The club considers the behavior of Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi towards a Roma executive unacceptable and wishes to emphasize the professionalism shown by D'Amico, who did not respond in any way.

According to Italian media ForzaRoma, after Roma's victory over Atalanta, Atalanta CEO and Lega Serie A Vice President Luca Percassi clashed with Roma sporting director Tony D'Amico outside the Olimpico Stadium and verbally attacked him, eventually requiring the intervention of on-site security personnel and police.
