Romano stated that Chelsea has reached an agreement with Hearts to sign talented 17-year-old center-back Alfie Osborne. The Scotland U19 center-back accepted the offer and signed a long-term contract after completing his medical. Osborne chose Chelsea over offers from several European clubs.
Alfie Osborne is 17 years old, from Scotland, plays as a center-back, and currently represents the Hearts U18 team.
