According to Italian renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, the relationship between Benjamin Pavard and Internazionale has completely broken down.
The 30-year-old Pavard moved from Bayern Munich to Internazionale in the summer of 2023 for €32.4 million. Last summer, he was sent on loan by Internazionale to Olympique de Marseille, but Marseille did not exercise the option to buy him after the season concluded.
Now, according to Romano, even though his loan spell has ended, Pavard cannot return to play for Internazionale, and the French defender's relationship with the Nerazzurri has completely broken down.
