The Europa League is back and it's make or break time for Erik ten Hag's Manchester United, and a few other European giants, too.
There is plenty to look out for - not least the Red Devils' mouthwatering rematch with Barcelona at Old Trafford - as Juventus, Ajax and many other high-profile sides battling for a place in the next round.
Sportsmail delves into the six things to look out for ahead of Thursday night's decisive play-off round second legs...
It's win or bust for Juventus
There's no sugar-coating it; Juventus' campaign has been an unmitigated disaster.
Already out of the Serie A title race, having been deducted 15 points by an Italian football court investigating its transfer dealings, victory in the Europa League is likely their only way to salvage something from their sorry season.
Massimiliano Allegri's men are not only dealing with a financial saga, but are failing to perform on the pitch.
They've struggled in Europe, only winning once in their nine games, and drawing the first leg 1-1 with Nantes - leaving them with work to do in order to progress.
It is reported that failure to get past the Ligue 1 side could even spell the end for Allegri, who has failed to hit the same heights in his second stint in the Juve dugout.
Could it be another Rashford masterclass to upset Barcelona?
When is Marcus Rashford not someone to watch out for of late? The forward is one of the most in-form players in the world since the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, but the question is can he steal the show once again?
Manchester United and Barcelona are arguably two of the biggest teams left in the competition, but sadly one will have to be sent packing.
The Catalan giants are comfortably leading LaLiga and were probably favourites heading into the tie, but Rashford has already proven he can hurt Barca by running the show, as Erik ten Hag's men gave themselves a strong footing in the tie with a 2-2 draw at the Nou Camp.
Sheraldo Becker can end his hometown club Ajax's hopes
Union Berlin are the surprise team of the season in Europe, as they are still rivalling Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title, and are now causing upsets in the Europa League.
The first-leg was a stalemate as the German side prevented the Dutch giants from producing an attempt on target for only the second time in a match across all competitions since the start of the 2014-15 campaign.
The stage now could be set for Sheraldo Becker, a player born in the Dutch capital and brought up through Ajax's academy.
The 28-year-old has eight goals and five assists across all competitions for Union this season, and will be hungry to make his mark against his old side.
Is it over for PSV already?
Stranger things have happened, but looking from the outside in, it appears that this tie is already dead and buried after PSV suffered a 3-0 defeat to Sevilla in the first leg.
It hardly comes as a surprise given Sevilla are the most successful side in the competition's history, lifting the trophy on six occasions.
But PSV will not be giving up hope, but a huge performance will be needed on home turf with their backs very much up against the wall.
Shakhtar, the story that everyone wants to see continue
There is no denying that the neutrals will be hoping Shakhtar Donetsk can continue to do Ukraine proud in the competition, given everything that is going on back home and being forced to play their matches elsewhere - 937 miles north-west of Donetsk in Warsaw, Poland.
The first-leg was the club's first match in over three months and despite the time off the pitch, they still secured a 2-1 victory over French side Rennes.
Even so, it would still be some story if they were to prevail against the Ligue 1 side and continue their European odyssey.
Will we get another Monaco-Leverkusen thriller?
The first-leg tie between Monaco and Bayern Leverkusen certainly didn't disappoint and we will be hoping for more of the same.
There could yet be more twists and turns after a thrilling encounter, which ended with Axel Disasi's stunning added-time winner capping the Ligue 1 side's incredible 3-2 victory, having trailed 2-1.
It was an even contest in terms of possession, but it was a match littered with shots, therefore if the first-leg was anything to go by we could see another exciting encounter.
