According to SPORT, Inter Miami believes there is no need to sign Lewandowski, as they already have a striker with similar characteristics, Suárez, in their squad.

Despite recent rumors of interest from the American club Inter Miami in the Barcelona striker Lewandowski, the club has no intention of signing him. According to SPORT, Inter Miami has completely ruled out this option.
There are two reasons for this. First, Lewandowski's style doesn't align with Inter Miami's sporting plans, and the club is looking for other types of reinforcements for future seasons.
Second, the club already has a striker of similar age and style – Luis Suárez – who remains a key figure in the dressing room.
In this regard, Inter Miami's priority is renewing Suárez's contract, although they will adjust his salary based on the club's financial policies and the Uruguayan player's performance. Suárez's presence makes signing another veteran number nine with a lucrative contract unnecessary.
However, this doesn't mean Lewandowski has no market in the US. Other MLS teams have indeed taken action and explored his situation. The most active is the Chicago Fire, who have contacted Lewandowski's associates to assess the possibility of a future signing.
Therefore, while Inter Miami remains on the sidelines and has closed the transfer window, MLS remains a possible destination for Lewandowski, although it seems unlikely that he will join Inter Miami at present.
