Diego Simeone has been hot property for some time now and the Atletico Madrid boss was highly sought after by Paris Saint-Germain, according to Carla Pereyra.
Model and Simeone's partner Pereyra, 27, stated that her preference is to stay in Madrid and the Argentine agrees.
"Diego has received very big offers," she told Informalia.
"Paris Saint Germain wanted to pay him double what he is on at Atletico, but we want to live here. I like Spain and so does Diego."
With Los Rojiblancos facing Marseille in Lyon on Wednesday, Pereyra confirmed she will be at the Europa League final with family and friends also supporting Simeone.
"I won't go alone, I will also take our daughter Francesca, my parents, my in-laws and more family will go, we will be a legion," she said.
