According to British sports media Sky Sports, Chelsea is expected to complete the transfer of Atalanta player Mateo Palestra within the next 24 hours.
Negotiations are progressing rapidly and are close to completion, with Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso viewing Mateo Palestra as a key signing.
