The manner of the loss led to criticism of United, who sit eighth in the Premier League table after a disappointing start to the campaign.
Solskjaer remains positive over his side but he was harshly mocked as he made his way out of the London Stadium.
One youngster, who appeared to have a London accent, said: "Sacked in the morning, do you reckon?" as Solskjaer seemingly posed for a photograph.
His friend in the clip responded "yeah probably" before the United boss trudged away.
