Spalletti was speaking after their impressive 5-0 win against Cremonese last night.
He said, "I have no problem sticking to the idea I had when I agreed to join Juventus, even more so now that we've made some important moves.
"In some positions, we're lacking a substitute, the ability to play for a half or twenty minutes.
"The directors and the CEO I speak to every day know this well. If the right situation arises, great, otherwise it becomes risky to bring in someone just for the sake of it."
Spalletti added, "From what I see every day, we still have some progress to make if we want to compete on a level playing field."
