A lovely finish from Chelsea but the move leaves the Swansea defence in tatters.
Some poor control in the middle of the park allows Kante to nestle the loose ball into the path of Hazard who shakes off a half challenge from Ki to burst towards the top of the area.
He then slides in Fabregas to his right and the Spaniard produces a lovely, curling finish into the top corner.

Moses pings a ball across the face of goal from the right flank, but it runs through the box, missing the waiting Giroud in the middle.
70: SAVE! A solid save from Fabianski as Azpilicueta dinks the ball over the top of the Swansea defence for Hazard, but the Belgian's header goes straight into the hands of the goalkeeper.

There's some lovely interplay between Hazard and Fabregas in the area, with the former's shot ricocheting off the body of Mawson before landing at the feet of Fabregas.
He then slides the ball to the waiting Moses at the near post and all it needs is a touch to poke it home, but he cannot quite get it round the right side of the post as it wriggles behind.
