Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag gave a very brief response to a question about Jadon Sancho after the £73million exile secured a loan move to Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho, who was banished to train with United's academy players by Ten Hag earlier this season, made the pointed remark that he 'couldn't wait to play with a smile'.
Ten Hag refused to say much on the matter in his press conference ahead of Sunday's home game with Tottenham.
'I hope he's doing well, so I wish him the best of good luck. That's it. I hope he's doing well and he'll be a success,' the Dutchman said.
