Match Report
Tottenham 3-1 Bournemouth: Ange Postecoglou's side moved within one point of rivals Arsenal in the Premier League table with victory over Bournemouth on Sunday.
Despite their early-season form faltering of late, Postecoglou's side wasted no time seizing the initiative on Saturday, with Pape Matar Sarr firing the hosts into the lead after just 9 minutes.
Though they maintained their advantage throughout the opening 45 minutes, Spurs were dealt a blow prior to the interval as Sarr was forced off injured and replaced by Oliver Skipp.
The 21-year-old was visibly distressed leaving the pitch, with his injury potential jeopardising his place in Senegal's Africa Cup of Nations defence which is set to get underway next month.
Both sides enjoyed chances in the second-half but it was Spurs who would continue their momentum, with goals from Son Heung-min and Richarlison.
The visitors fired back through Alex Scott but Spurs held on for three points.
