Match Report
Everton were unlucky to concede a goal 14 minutes in when their centre-back Michael Keane sent the ball into his own net to give Spurs the lead.
Tottenham were absolutely dominant throughout the match and managed to turn their superiority into goals in the first 45 minutes, practically putting the game to bed before the half-time break thanks to goals from Son Heung-min and Harry Kane.
Antonio Conte's side hit the ground running after the break, with Sergio Reguilon coming off the bench to send the ball into the back of the net just a few seconds into the second half.
Kane then netted a wonderful first-time shot to complete his brace in the 55th minute, with Matt Doherty and substitute Steven Bergwijn missing one chance each to get their names on the scoresheet in the final 25 minutes.
After grabbing all three points, Spurs are currently seventh in the Premier League table, just three points behind the Champions League spots. Meanwhile, an unconvincing Everton are sitting just one point above the relegation zone after losing their third consecutive league game.
