Tottenham Hotspur are close to reaching an agreement on personal terms with Randal Kolo Muani (26) ahead of a potential move from PSG on transfer deadline day, according to a report from Fabrizio Romano. The North London club are one of many clubs hoping to secure the services of the France international forward before the window closes.

As Spurs engage in negotiations with the player, negotiations are also ongoing with Les Parisiens. The UEFA Champions League winners are demanding that an obligation to buy is included in any potential loan move to the Premier League club. The potential fee that would be included in the loan move is unknown.

Paris Saint-Germain have severed negotiations with Juventus regarding a deal for Randal Kolo Muani, as per a report from RMC Sport.

The form of the deal taking the Frenchman back to Juventus has changed drastically over the course of the talks between the two clubs. PSG were initially insistent on a sale, but were also open to a loan with an obligation clause. However, in the context of Juventus’ financial situation, this wasn’t possible, and the Serie A side then began to negotiate a loan with a buy clause. Whilst this didn’t necessarily suit PSG, they were open to the possibility, given their desire to offload the France international.
