Tottenham interim boss Mason insists he hasn't seen Harry Kane's interview

Tottenham's interim boss Ryan Mason has revealed he hasn't watched Harry Kane's explosive interview with Gary Neville.

Kane opened up about his desire to leave Tottenham this summer to pursue his personal ambition of winning trophies to his former England coach Neville in a candid chat.

The England forward has been heavily linked with a £150million move to Manchester United or City after telling Spurs his intention to quit at the end of the season.

But Mason, who predictably fielded numerous questions about Kane's interview at Friday's press conference, refused to be drawn in to talk about the striker's future, instead insisting his sole focus was on Sunday's trip to Leicester, which they need to win to stand any chance of qualifying for Europe.

'In terms of the interview, I know something's been published but I haven't listened to it or watched it because I was out on the training pitch preparing for a game at the weekend,' he said.

'It's a game that's important for us, we need to win and we're going there to win and Harry is going to be a part of that. They are the only comments I have on it to be honest.'
