The Turkish Football Federation announced new developments in the ongoing investigation into the match-fixing case in the Turkish professional league.

On November 10, the Turkish Football Federation stated that, based on the current investigation results, it has been confirmed that a total of 1,024 players have been involved in match-fixing, and these players play in various levels of Turkish leagues. It is worth mentioning that the Turkish Football Federation directly announced the specific names and clubs of all 1,024 players this time. According to Article 57 of the "Turkish Football Disciplinary Regulations", starting from November 10, 2025, these 1,024 players have been provisionally suspended and referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee (PFDK) for handling. As large-scale suspensions may lead to roster vacancies in some clubs, the Turkish Football Federation has urgently initiated consultations with FIFA and plans to open an additional 15-day domestic special transfer registration window outside the winter transfer window of the 2025-2026 season to allow clubs to replenish their personnel. According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Turkish Football Federation on November 10, 2025, the schedules of the Turkish Second and Third Divisions will be postponed by two weeks, while the matches of the Turkish Süper Lig and Turkish First Division will proceed as originally planned. For the 47 players found to have participated in only one betting activity, their disciplinary proceedings will be postponed. To avoid irreparable losses, the handling of these players will be re-evaluated based on supplementary documents and new evidence provided by relevant agencies. Currently, the Turkish Football Federation is continuously conducting written communication with relevant official agencies and will expand the scope of the investigation after receiving further responses.
From this specific list, it can be seen that many well-known players in Turkish football are included. Among the traditional top three clubs in the Turkish Süper Lig, only Fenerbahçe has no players on the list for the time being, while both Galatasaray and Beşiktaş have players on it. In addition, Trabzonspor, which has won the Turkish Süper Lig championship, also has players on the list. Turkish national team players at various levels involved in the list, such as Elmalı, have been removed from the current squad by the Turkish Football Federation.
