Bayern remain without Lucas Hernandez, Jann-Fiete Arp and, crucially, Niklas Sule.
Youngster Michael Cuisance is also expected to miss out after suffering an injury in training.
However, Jerome Boateng and Corentin Tolisso, who were both forced off in the 2-1 loss at Gladbach, have been declared fit for the welcome of Tottenham.
That said, both may not be risked in this dead rubber fixture, while Sven Ulreich may feature between the sticks.

Juventus have already secured top spot in Group D and Maurizio Sarri is expected to shuffle his pack.
Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain may even get the chance to start up front together, with Cristiano Ronaldo rested.
Blaise Matuidi will miss Juventus' first knockout game if he is booked on Wednesday and would ideally be given the night off but Rodrigo Bentancur, Aaron Ramsey and Sami Khedira are injured.
