The Nigerian is traveling to Italy and set to undergo his medical on Tuesday. Pisa aim to announce Durosinmi's signing some time tomorrow.
The two clubs have reportedly reached an agreement worth €9m, plus €2m in bonuses.
This morning, the Czech club announced the agreement reached with the Tuscan Nerazzurri.
"We have had a long-standing agreement with the player," a Viktoria statement read, "according to which, in the event of a compelling offer from abroad that satisfies both him and the club's expectations, he will not be prevented from moving."
TMW says he'll arrive in the city of the tower this evening and will undergo routine physical tests tomorrow morning before signing the contract that will tie him to his new team and see him make his league debut against Udinese on Saturday.
Durosinmi has made 30 appearances so far this season, scoring 13 goals across various competitions: seven in the league, two in the domestic cup, and four in Champions League and Europa League qualification.
