German internationals Wirtz and Said-Marah have both been impressed by the personal charisma and leadership style of new German national team coach Klopp, praising the renowned German manager as a master motivator.

Wirtz told RTL/Sky Sport: "Klopp maintains excellent communication with every player. He proactively approaches each individual, making everyone feel important and worthy of being part of the national team. Making every player feel valued is crucial, and I believe Klopp is truly a master in this regard."
Said-Marah, who made his national team debut against Serbia, was similarly inspired by the coach who led Dortmund and Liverpool to titles. Said-Marah said: "He is simply a coach who is open and straightforward with players. We shouldn't downplay this: he has had an incredibly successful coaching career."
"Klopp is very close to us, making everyone feel like they are part of the team. The way he talks to us, the way he motivates us, whether before a match or during the week's training, feels great."
Looking ahead to the away match against Greece, Wirtz said: "Most importantly, we are moving in the right direction and becoming a better team. But we play to win because we naturally want to continue improving our group standing."
