Winger Adama Traore has sparked speculation that he is preparing to turn his back on Wolves in order to seal a dramatic return to Barcelona.
Traore started his career with the Spanish giants, before moving to English football where he got his break with Aston Villa and Middlesbrough before being snapped up by Wolves.
Now, during his Euro 2020 duties with the Spain national team, Traore has addressed talk of potentially leaving Molineux in order to pursue a new, and familiar challenge.
When asked by Spanish reporters whether he would one day like to pull on the Barca shirt again, Traore replied: 'Barcelona is my home, it is reality.
'I have grown up there, I have been there for 10 years.'
The 25-year-old went on to suggest that his representatives are currently monitoring the situation in Catalonia and keeping an eye on what sort of players Barca are needing.
He added: 'From here on we will have to manage with my agents and see what role Barca wants.'
Traore is currently away with Luis Enrique's Spain side at the European championships, despite having had an underwhelming Premier League campaign.
Last season the pacey star featured 41 times for Wolves in all competitions, though managed just three goals and three assists.
Despite Enrique ringing the changes at the international tournament, Traore is yet to get onto the field.
The Wolves man watched on against both Sweden and Poland, despite Spain managing to produce only tame draws in each.
In recent years Traore has been linked with a host of European teams, including Liverpool, Paris Saint Germain and Tottenham.
