Valencia CF has officially submitted an offer to Al Ahly to secure the services of midfielder Aliou Dieng.
The transfer fee amounts to €500,000, which would be paid in two installments: an initial payment immediately after signing, followed by a second payment scheduled for next June.
Beyond the financial aspect, the agreement proposes a two-year strategic partnership between the two clubs.
