Real Madrid's new coach makes his debut tomorrow, Wednesday, against Albacete in the Copa del Rey.

Álvaro Arbeloa is already in charge of Real Madrid's first team. The former Castilla player arrived at Valdebebas early in the morning and before starting the training session, he gave a talk to his new players. After that, activation in the gym and take the field to prepare for tomorrow's match, Wednesday, against Albacete, in the Copa del Rey (9:00 p.m.).

Arbeloa was very serious at all times watching the warm-up runs of his players and the initial rondos. Among those players was not Mbappé, who is recovering from his knee. Rodrygo, Rüdiger and Militao were also absent.

Several homegrown players were present who Arbeloa knows very well and who may have a chance in Albacete. Manuel Ángel, Cestero, David Jiménez, Joan Martínez and Palacios were the homegrown players who trained with the first team.

What was clear on Arbeloa's first day as Real Madrid coach is that Pintus has returned to the first team. That, that he had more weight in the physical preparation, was one of the things that Florentino Pérez had asked Xabi Alonso and his refusal, one of the reasons for his dismissal. Now, with Arbeloa, Pintus is once again responsible for the physique of Real Madrid's players and it was demonstrated in Arbeloa's first session as coach of the first team.
