All the latest Arsenal news and transfer gossip with updates on Matt Turner, Folarin Balogun and Ansu Fati
Turner exit close
Arsenal goalkeeper Matt Turner is edging closer to securing a move to Premier League side Nottingham Forest after an agreement was reached.
Forest's interest in Turner emerged last week. The Premier League outfit are desperate for a new No.1 after Dean Henderson and Keylor Navas returned to their parent clubs at the end of their loan spell.
According to The Athletic, Forest have reached an agreement to sign Turner and have scheduled the 29-year-old to undergo his medical on Monday.
Fresh Balogun interest
The USMNT star has been heavily linked with a move away from north London this summer after impressing with Stade Reims last summer. Inter Milan, for long, have been favourites to land the 22-year-old but they have, so far, failed to meet Arsenal's £50million price tag.
French outlet TF1 [via FCInterNews] have claimed Lens want to make Balogun their No.1 striker for their first-ever appearance in the Champions League having lost Lois Openda to RB Leipzig.
Ansu Fati bid
Arsenal have reportedly seen a bid turned down by Barcelona for attacker Ansu Fati.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, the Gunners made a 'very tempting offer' for the Spain international. However, the player and club have both turned down the bid.
