Atletico Madrid are struggling in La Liga and are reportedly looking at Milan’s Krzysztof Piatek and Torino’s Andrea Belotti ahead of the transfer window.

After Antoine Griezmann left for Barcelona last summer, Atleti have been struggling for goals and are currently sixth in La Liga after 15 games.

AS reports that the Rojiblancos are on the market for a striker and claims that Milan striker Piatek might be targeted on a loan deal.

At the same time, they are saying that Torino forward may be an option, with Atleti willing to caugh up €35m for the Italy international.

The absence of injured Diego Costa is proving to leave them with Alvaro Morata as the only recognised striker in the squad.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic reportedly returning to Milan this winter, the Rossoneri could be ready to let Piatek leave on loan. The former Genoa striker has only scored three times in 14 Serie A games so far this campaign.

Belotti, on the other hand, has scored seven goals in 13 games so far and it remains to be seen if Torino would entertain such an idea mid-season.

The report also claimed that Atleti have been looking at Edinson Cavani from PSG and Rodrigo from Valencia.
