The Atletico Madrid family continues to grow as the club have announced that they have surpassed 125,000 members to end 2018, the best figure in the club's 115-year history.
In June, after winning the Europa League, the club had 122,190 members, but the European Super Cup victory over Real Madrid - followed by Antoine Griezmann staying and the club being active in the transfer market - led to an increase, resulting in over 125,000 members, of which 57,724 are paying and 67,310 do not.
It is not just the men's first team that are performing well, though, as Atletico's female side won the Liga Femenina Iberdrola last season, while the under-19s won the league, cup and champion's trophy.
Interestingly, 44 percent of Atletico's membership base are 30 or younger so there is no sign of this growth slowing down any time soon.
In total, 74 percent of Atletico's members are male, 23 percent are female, and the remaining three percent are companies that want to be attached to the club.
Los Rojiblancos' influence is not just in Madrid either, though admittedly the highest percentage of members are in the capital; 38 percent reside in Madrid and 34 percent are from other areas of Spain.
The club's growth in recent years has also seen their fanbase grow worldwide and subsequently there are now members in 54 different countries.
