Diego Costa is out injured until February and one of his potential replacements Dario Poveda has now joined him on the medical report.
The B team striker was named by Diego Simeone as an option to replace to replace Costa, but he has now suffered an ACL injury and will have surgery on his right knee.
He'll likely miss the rest of the season, after having scored 10 goals so far for the B team in the third tier.
