In a good second half, goals from Monchu and Morer turned the game in Barça B's favour to ensure Johan Cruyff Stadium remains impregnable.
Barça B continue to win at Johan Cruyff Stadium. Garcia Pimienta's side defeated Badalona (2-1) to move into third place in the table, and in the play-off positions.
New first team head coach, Quique Setién, was present in the Johan Cruyff Box to see Monchu and Morer's great goals.
Badalona score first
After an even first half, despite Barça B's dominance the half-time score favoured the visitors (0-1). Sergi Puig had already kept out Hugo Esteban (min 20) but could do nothing when Adri Díaz connected with Cris Montes' cross right on the whistle.
Strong reaction
After the break, the script changed. Barça B were much more dangerous and just nine minutes into the second half, Monchu unleashed a fierce volley to equalise (1-1, min 54). With Badalona tiring, it was only a matter of time before Barça B scored again, and Morer, with a great individual effort, gave the hosts the lead (2-1, min 79). Both goalkeepers, Morales and Sergi Puig, kept the opposition at bay from then on, Barça B taking the three points.
