According to COPE reports, part of the Barca board of directors believes that the PSG will systematically reject any offer for Neymar.
PSG have already rejected any offers for Neymar from Barca. Besides, PSG coach Tuchel won't let Neymar leave for the reason of no placement and he is ready to include Neymar in his squad for the upcoming match.
COPE also mentions that Neymar’s contract will have a liberation clause of 170 million euros in 2020.
