Barcelona are closely tracking Lazio star Luiz Felipe as Abidal likes him very much.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Barcelona are monitoring Luiz Felipe and Abidal sent staff to scouted him against both Parma and Genoa.
Lazio intend to renew the Brazilian centre-back and it is believed the player wants to stay in Rome, but his salary demands will need to be met.
Luiz Felipe is 22 years old. He has appeared 23 games for Lazio and is definitely untouchable for Inzaghi.
The Brazilian’s contract runs to June 2022, but Lazio are said to be in talks to extend that deal.
His price-tag would be in the region of €20m and President Claudio Lotito is in no rush to let him leave.
