The UCL clash between Barcelona and Slavia Prague has been declared high risk by the National Anti-Violence Commission.
The match will be played on Tuesday 5 November from 18:55 (CET) at Camp Nou.
Valverde's team won 1-2 in the last Champions match against Slavia in Prague and now the Czechs will travel to Camp Nou in search of surprise as they did in Milan, where they grabed a valuable draw at the last minute.
A massive displacement of Slavia fans to the city of Barcelona is expected, so security measures will be extreme.
