In LaLiga Matchday 12, Barcelona defeated Atletico Madrid 2-1 away, securing their sixth consecutive away win to start the LaLiga season. According to statistics, this is only the third time in Barcelona's history that they have achieved six consecutive away wins at the start of a LaLiga season.
Previously, Barcelona had only achieved this in two seasons: 2010/11 and 2012/13. In both of those seasons, the team extended their away winning streak to 10 matches.
It is worth noting that Barcelona had won all five of their previous LaLiga away matches this season, scoring at least three goals in each game, with a total of 22 goals. In this round's away match against Atletico Madrid, the team secured a 2-1 victory, maintaining their perfect away record.
