Karim Benzema is 32 years of age, but is as fit as ever and part of the secret for this is the fact that he has a private gym in his home.
The Frenchman offered his fans a peek at this luxury workout space in a video.
On his YouTube channel, he organised a gym tour as part of a series he is currently running. This was the seventh episode of the series and was titled 'Gym Tour Part One', with another to follow.
"I'm lucky to have a lot of machines," he said in the video. "I'm going to show a little bit of what I do when I do workout sessions."
The striker then went on to use several of the pieces of equipment in the short video.
