Como Director: The atmosphere against Inter is crazy, We experienced it last season

During a live broadcast on Radio Radio, Como Sporting Director Carlalberto Ludi spoke about several topics concerning the team, with a focus on the upcoming match against Internazionale: "We know we have already written a page in international football history, which is remarkable because this club's project only started seven years ago. But we are already thinking about Internazionale. Call it sadness or professionalism, but we have already turned the page on yesterday.

"I was asked this question from the start, which shows we've done well. No one has set limits for us. The challenge is to remain competitive every three days, and the term 'Serie A champions' cannot yet be associated with Como. We are enjoying this moment and hope to continue in this direction. Como's project has always aimed for growth. From a technical perspective, we are very satisfied, and it's hard for me to imagine how we could improve further. This project will also extend beyond the pitch; we can improve the infrastructure for the first team and youth academy, the stadium, and the club's organizational structure. I believe our next investments should be in these areas."

"We are a young team and must harness this passion; it is fuel, fire, and energy. We hope that when we go to Milan, we maintain our usual humility, but also carry the confidence that the Lens match gave us. That match proved that we are a mature, tough team that wants to play its own game on any pitch. However, against these teams, the results are always unpredictable, as we experienced firsthand last season. Nevertheless, we believe that thanks to the work of Fàbregas and the players, we have also improved this season and can compete with honor. This will be an extremely difficult match against one of the strongest teams in Serie A and Europe, and that is no exaggeration. Facing the defending champions in that crazy atmosphere is something we experienced last year. This will be another test that requires us to respond with firmness and energy."

"I put myself in the shoes of a Como fan, because every November or March, whether it's media hype or not, there's always talk of Real Madrid wanting to take a player from us. Last summer we completed a good deal: Nico Paz is 100% a Como player, and Real Madrid retained a buy-back option, exercisable within a set period, which is normal. But this was also a sale that reflected the value of our work. For now, we are enjoying having this player; he is an incredible talent."

"We have one of Europe's best coaches on our bench, and he has become even better thanks to the unity of the entire environment: from the president to the management to the players, everyone is in sync. For a coach to perform this way, he needs an environment that understands, protects, and supports him. We work towards this every day."
