Eibar defeated at home by Mallorca at Ipurua Municipal Stadium on Saturday.
Eibar arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after winning at home stadium by a 3-0 victory against Levante while Mallorca fell defeated by 0-1 in the last match they played against Getafe. As of today, Eibar is 16th in the LaLiga table with 27 points from 27 matches, while Mallorca sits 18th with 25 points after 27 matches.
Good start of the game for Mallorca, thanks to a goal from Dani Rodriguez just before the end of the 45 minutes, finalising the first half with a 0-1.
Mallorca took the lead in the second half, with a goal from Takefusa Kubo in the 78th minute. However, Eibar just before the end of the second half pull-back thanks to a goal from Pedro Bigas in the 90th minute, finalising the game with a 1-2.
As for substitutions, both coaches used full substitutions. For Eibar Pablo De Blasis, Edu Exposito and Gonzalo Escalante came on for Pedro Leon, Pape Diop and Sebastian Cristoforo, while Mallorca brought on Lago Junior, Sung-Yueng Ki and Pablo Chavarria to replace Ante Budimir, Takefusa Kubo and Cucho Hernandez.
The referee booked Paulo Oliveira, Jose Angel, Charles and Sergi Enrich from Eibar, while for Mallorca Martin Valjent, Dani Rodriguez and Manolo Reina saw a yellow card as well.
Eibar with their next fixture against Real Madrid at away stadium, while Mallorca will face Barcelona at home stadium.
