The first summer transfer window has now closed with clubs now unable to seal any more deals until it reopens in a few days but a host of sides have already been very busy

The newly introduced opening phase to the 2025 summer transfer window is now closed and a number of clubs have already sealed some stunning deals.

With the inaugural Club World Cup kicking off this week, teams around the world were given a short window to sign and then register players. But it's not only teams in that tournament that have taken advantage, with a whole host of clubs doing business.

Manchester City have been the busiest having already spent over £100million with four players joining Pep Guardiola's squad on their flight across the Atlantic.

In the meantime, Liverpool have bid farewell to Trent Alexander-Arnold and signed Bayer Leverkusen star Jeremie Frimpong as his replacement. Manchester United have also been busy in the market having sealed a deal for Wolves star Matheus Cunha.

Chelsea were obviously active and have welcomed no fewer than six new faces to Stamford Bridge including Liam Delap. Arsenal are also hoping to sign a new striker but have yet to get a deal over the line.

With the transfer window set to reopen in just a few days' time, they could resume their attemps to welcome a forward. But let's take a look at the business done so far. You can find every single deal done by Premier League sides in the first summer window ahead of the second window next week:
