Fulham appeared to mock their west London rivals Chelsea in a social media post after their new signing Joao Felix was sent off on his Premier League debut at Craven Cottage.
Felix looked bright early on as he went straight into Chelsea's starting line-up just over 24 hours after completing his £9m loan move from Atletico Madrid.
His evening was brought to a premature end, though, when he was shown a straight red card for a reckless tackle on Kenny Tete in the 57th minute.
Fulham quickly tweeted their reaction to Felix's red card on their official account, posting the message '#AdiosJoao'.
They quickly deleted the post, but it was spotted by a number of fans before it was removed.
The tongue-in-cheek tweet appeared to be a dig at Chelsea after they made an error when welcoming Felix to the club on Wednesday.
Unveiling their new arrival on social media, Chelsea posted 'HolaFelix', using the Spanish word for 'Hello' even though the forward is Portuguese.
Supporters were quick to pick up on the mistake, and the post was hastily deleted.
Fulham's evening only got better after Felix's dismissal, as Carlos Vinicius headed home the winning goal to hand Marco Silva's men a 2-1 victory.
The result moved the Cottagers six points clear of Chelsea in the table, increasing the pressure on Blues boss Graham Potter.
Potter will now have to cope without Felix for Chelsea's next three games, which includes a trip to Liverpool later this month, and the reverse fixture with Fulham at the start of February.
