Pablo Machin plans to continue with Juan Soriano in his Sevilla goal against Barcelona on Wednesday, despite the Catalans lining up with a stronger team which will likely include Lionel Messi.
It will be the first time the young shot-stopper takes on the no.10, who has scored 32 goals against Sevilla in his career, and Soriano will be the seventh Sevilla goalkeeper to try to keep him out.
Andres Palop conceded 12 goals in 15 games, Javi Varas let in two in three, Beto saw nine fly past him in just five matches, Sergio Rico seven in eight while David Soria and Tomas Vaclik have both conceded just once in their two games.
