Denis Zakaria has arrived at Juventus to undergo a medical ahead of his transfer from Borussia Monchengladbach.
Juve have reportedly offered Zakaria - who is out of contract at the end of the season - a £6million deal with included add-ons.
Zakaria will fill the void left in Juve's midfield by Rodrigo Bentancur - who will join Dejan Kulusevski at Tottenham Hotspur.
Zakaria was seen landing in Turin on Sunday night ahead of his medical on Monday morning.
The high-sought after midfielder was wearing an all-black tracksuit with a white stripe as he left the airport.
Zakaria then arrived at the club early on Monday morning to undergo his medical. He was welcomed to the Old Lady by a group of fans congregating outside the club.
The 25-year-old stopped to take some pictures with the Italian supporters before heading into the training facility.
Zakaria picked up interest from several European clubs after being described as ‘a mix between Zinedine Zidane and Michel Platini'.
The midfielder had been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund but decided to go with Juventus.
Zakaria will provide Massimiliano Allegri's side the strength they have been lacking in the midfield this season.
Standing at 6ft 2in, Zakaria is regarded as a powerhouse that can play in a two or three-man midfield.
Zakaria has scored twice and registered one assist in 16 Bundesliga appearances this season. He has also scored three goals in 40 senior caps for Switzerland.
