With Mingueza's deal running down this season, Juve were expected to make a Bosman move for the defender.
However, TMW says Juve are moving to sign Mingueza immediately.
The Bianconeri will table a bid TODAY for €3-4m to convince Celta to part with Mingueza. Juve will push for a quick answer, as they're eager for negotiations not to drag on.
